Welcome to Kiki Trips’ Terms & Conditions – the essential guide to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our travellers.

 

Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about booking, payments, cancellations, and more. We’re committed to transparency and making your trip with us as seamless as possible.

Travel and Payment Terms​

 

Registration and Payment

 

Once you sign up for a trip, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. To secure your spot, we require a 25% deposit within 7 days of receiving the confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. For trips booked less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately upon registration.​

 

Liability

​

While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, there are situations beyond our control (such as natural events or actions by third parties) where we cannot be held liable. This includes damages that, by law or socially accepted standards, cannot be attributed to Kiki Trips.

 

Insufficient Participation

 

We love hosting our trips and hope to have you with us. However, if there aren’t enough participants, we may need to cancel. If this happens, we’ll notify you at least 21 days before departure (and usually sooner) and refund any payments you’ve made promptly.

 

Public Transportation and Force Majeure

 

Kiki Trips is not liable for costs incurred due to force majeure, including events beyond our control, such as public transport delays or cancellations, airport strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will do our best to support you and find suitable alternatives to minimise the impact on your trip.​

Cancellation Policy​

 

Cancellation Process

 

We highly recommend that all participants purchase travel and cancellation insurance within 7 days of receiving their booking confirmation. This ensures you are fully covered and avoids any potential issues with your insurer.​If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing via email at info@kikitrips.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will provide the necessary documentation for your insurer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

 

Cancellation Fees

​

The following fees apply if you cancel your booking:

*** More than 42 days before departure (6 weeks): 25% of the total trip cost (40% if flights are included)

*** Between 41 and 29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost

*** Between 28 and 15 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost

*** 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip cost​​
