What is the difference between 'Mixed Groups' and 'Private groups'?
Mixed groups:

Only takes place when min. 4 adults in total booked this trip (can be from different accommodations)

There is no minimum number of group members required to make it happen
How can I confirm my booking?
The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit of day or half day trip is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the activity. If the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will reimburse or reschedule another day.
When cancelling a short trip (3 days or 4 day trip) more than 2 weeks before the start of the trip, 80% of the deposit is refundable. Cancelling within 2 weeks before the start of the trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
Is transport included?
Transfer is not included in the price.

What is the duration of a trip?
The duration of each of the half day trips ranges between 2.5 and 3.5 hours.
This depends on the pace of the group, how many questions get asked, how many breaks we take,..
Can I bring my kids to every trip?
Kids of all ages are welcome on most of our trips. But we recommend you to contact us before booking to make sure the trip you selected is adapted for you and your kids =)
Can I bring my dog?
We love our fur babies. Please inform us when booking that you would like to bring your dog.
What do I need to bring on a trip?
On every trip, we recommend you to bring:
